  • medium head broccoli thinly sliced chopped
  •  celery stalks thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder 
  • 0.5 cup golden raisins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • servings kosher salt and pepper black freshly ground
  •  lime zest juiced
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 0.5 medium onion red thinly sliced
  • teaspoons sugar

Directions

  1. Combine the broccoli, celery, and red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  2. To prepare the dressing, in a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, zest, cumin, chili powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk to combine.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir to combine. Cover and allow the slaw to sit for at least 30 minutes, tossing every so often to combine well. Top with raisins before serving.
