  • 0.3 cup broccoli diced
  •  bacon crumbled cooked
  •  spring onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cream sour

Directions

  2. Mash pulp. Stir in broccoli and next 6 ingredients. Spoon into shells, and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake, covered, at 400 for 30 minutes.
