  • cups broccoli chopped
  • cup milk cheddar cheese 2% kraft
  • 10 oz condensed chicken broth canned
  • cup milk fat-free
  • 0.5 cup rice white instant uncooked
  • Tbsp lite house dressing italian kraft
  •  onion chopped
  •  broth cans water canned

Directions

  1. Cook onions in dressing in large saucepan until crisp-tender.
  2. Add broth, water and broccoli; stir. Bring to boil; cook 8 to 10 min. or until broccoli is tender. Stir in milk and rice; simmer on medium heat 5 min.
  3. Pour into blender in batches; blend until smooth. Return to saucepan; cook on low heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  4. Serve topped with cheese.
