Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup apple cider vinegar 
  • 0.5 pound broccoli fresh
  • 0.5 cup cashew pieces coarsely chopped
  •  bacon thick cooked chopped
  • ounces cream cheese softened
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.7 cup greek yogurt low-fat
  • 0.3 cup onion red minced
  • oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • teaspoons sugar

Directions

  1. Remove and discard large leaves and tough ends of stalks from broccoli. Peel and coarsely chop stems; coarsely chop florets.
  2. Process cream cheese and next 4 ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add broccoli; pulse 12 to 15 times or until finely chopped. Fold bacon and remaining ingredients into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Serve immediately, or chill up to 3 days.
