  • teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Steam broccoli, covered, 4 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the jalapeo and garlic, and saut 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add the broccoli, lemon juice, and vinegar, and toss well.
