Ingredients
- 1 pound broccoli fresh
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves minced
- 3 tablespoons juice of lemon
- 3 tablespoons butter light
- 0.1 teaspoon pepper flakes red crushed
- 0.3 teaspoon salt
- 0.3 cup water
- 1.5 tablespoons white wine worcestershire sauce

- Steam broccoli, covered, 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, and keep warm.
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic. Cook garlic, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until golden.
- Add lemon juice and remaining 5 ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Pour over broccoli; toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
