Ingredients

  • pound broccoli fresh
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  •  to 3 garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons butter light
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper flakes red crushed
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • 1.5 tablespoons white wine worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Steam broccoli, covered, 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl, and keep warm.
  3. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic. Cook garlic, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until golden.
  4. Add lemon juice and remaining 5 ingredients; bring to a boil.
  5. Pour over broccoli; toss gently.
  6. Serve immediately.
