Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a stockpot; add salt and broccolini. Cook 5 minutes or until tender; drain.
  2. Put olive oil and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saut until garlic just begins to color.
  3. Add broccolini; saut 5 minutes.
