  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 cup basil fresh
  • 0.8 cup cilantro leaves fresh
  • 0.8 cup parsley fresh
  •  garlic clove 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 1.5 pounds shrimp deveined peeled
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • tablespoons orange juice fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
