  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoons garam masala 
  • teaspoon jalapeno chopped
  • ounce lamb loin chops trimmed
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 cup prechopped onion red
  • cup papaya diced peeled ( 1 medium)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt divided

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and black pepper. Rub both sides of lamb chops with garam masala mixture. Arrange lamb in a single layer on a broiler pan; broil 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  3. Remove from heat; sprinkle lamb with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  4. While lamb cooks, combine papaya and remaining ingredients; stir well.
  5. Serve with lamb.
