  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • ounce bread baguette french
  • tablespoon butter 
  • tablespoon flat-leaf parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 24  shucked oysters

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler to high.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add oil and garlic; cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat, and stir in the lemon juice.
  5. Place bread in a food processor; pulse 10 times or until coarse crumbs measure 1 cup.
  6. Combine breadcrumbs, butter mixture, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  7. Arrange the oysters on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; top oysters with breadcrumb mixture. Broil 5 inches from heat for 3 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
