Ingredients

  • teaspoons brown sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • 0.8 cup catsup 
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • 4.5 inch pork chops thick
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.8 cup water 
  • tablespoons distilled vinegar white
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the ketchup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, paprika, chili powder and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside half of the sauce.
  2. Preheat broiler.
  3. Brush both sides of the chops with sauce.
  4. Place chops on broiling pan rack. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side.
  5. Brush with more sauce. Continue broiling, turning and basting every 3 to 4 minutes, until juices run clear.
  6. Serve with reserved sauce.
