  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh minced
  • cup grapefruit sections coarsely chopped ( 1 large)
  •  jalapeno seeded finely chopped
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • cup orange sections coarsely chopped ( 1 large)
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper red chopped
  • 0.3 cup onion red finely chopped
  • 24 ounce salmon fillet 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place fillets on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Brush fillets with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  4. While fillets cook, combine orange sections and remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Serve with fillets.
