Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup dijon mustard 
  • 1.5 tablespoons tarragon fresh minced
  •  spring onion minced
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1.5 pounds shrimp deveined uncooked peeled ( 40)

Directions

  1. Stir first 4 ingredients in medium bowl to blend.
  2. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours.
