Ingredients

  • pound beef top sirloin steaks boneless
  • 0.5 pound portabello mushrooms fresh cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • medium to 3 sized squashes yellow cut into 1-inch diagonal slices
  • medium onion cut into 8 wedges
  • 0.3 cup salad dressing fat-free italian
  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoons regular hamburger fresh italian chopped

Directions

  1. Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray.
  2. Remove fat from beef.
  3. Place beef, mushrooms, squash and onion on rack in broiler pan.
  4. Mix dressing, vinegar and pepper; brush over beef and vegetables.
  5. Broil with tops of beef and vegetables 3 to 4 inches from heat 5 minutes. Turn beef; brush dressing mixture over beef and vegetables. Broil about 5 minutes longer or until beef is desired doneness and vegetables are crisp-tender. Discard any remaining dressing mixture.
  6. Cut beef into 4 serving pieces.
  7. Sprinkle parsley over beef and vegetables.
