- 1.5 teaspoons curry powder
- 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger fresh minced peeled
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
- 1 tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 pound chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 ounce carton yogurt plain low-fat

Directions
- Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in chicken; cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
- Preheat broiler.
- Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Thread chicken evenly onto 4 (8-inch) skewers.
- Place chicken on rack of broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 6 minutes; turn skewers, and broil 6 minutes or until done.
