Ingredients

  • 1.3 cups t brown sugar dark packed
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • 10 pounds ham bone-in fully-cooked
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • tablespoon orange juice 
  • teaspoons orange zest 
  • 0.3 cup pineapple juice 
  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  1. Place ham in an ungreased large roasting pan; pour water into pan and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Brush ham with glaze; tent lightly with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours; uncover.
  5. Brush ham with glaze.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes, brushing with glaze every 10 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes; slice to serve.
