  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.5 cup pecan halves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Bake pecans in a single layer in a shallow pan 6 to 8 minutes or until toasted and fragrant, stirring halfway through. Cool 10 minutes. Pulse in a food processor until finely ground.
  3. Stir together butter and next 2 ingredients until sugar dissolves. Stir in ground pecans.
  4. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
  5. Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
