  • 2.5 teaspoons active yeast dry
  • cups bread flour 
  •  eggs 
  •  egg yolk 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 0.5 cup water boiling
  • 0.7 cup sugar white

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve cocoa powder in boiling water.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast and 2 teaspoons sugar in warm water.
  3. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
  4. Place cocoa mixture, yeast mixture, bread flour, remaining 2/3 cup white sugar, salt, vegetable oil and egg in bread machine pan. Select basic Bread cycle; press Start.
