  • 0.7 cup cocoa powder 
  • 0.3 cup confectioners' sugar 
  •  eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 0.8 cup vegetable oil 
  • cups sugar white

Directions

  4. Mix in flour mixture. Fold in nuts if desired. Chill the dough overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheet.
  6. Roll dough into walnut-size balls and roll each ball in confectioners' sugar.
  7. Bake cookies for 12 to 15 minutes.
