  • 14 ounce chocolate brownies fat-free
  • 0.5 cup chocolate frosting reduced-fat
  • 0.3 cup raspberry fruit spread

Directions

  1. Cut 1 (14-ounce) packaged brownie in half crosswise.
  2. Spread 1/4 cup fruit spread on one half of brownie, and top with remaining brownie half. Melt 1/2 cup frosting in microwave at HIGH 45 seconds or until thin and smooth.
  3. Pour frosting over torte, spreading on top and sides of torte. To serve, slice crosswise into 8 pieces.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries and fresh mint leaves, if desired.
