  • 12 slices canadian bacon thin
  • 12 large eggs 
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 12 ounce swiss cheese shredded
  • cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Place bacon in a single layer in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Cover and chill, if desired. Break eggs over cheese, spacing evenly.
  2. Pour whipping cream over eggs, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  5. Bake 8 to 10 more minutes or until set.
  6. Remove from oven; sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  8. NOTE: Casserole may be divided into 12 portions and served on English muffins.
