  • 0.5 cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded kraft
  • large plum tomatoes chopped
  • 0.5 lb butterflied pork chops boneless
  • 0.3 cup sun tomato vinaigrette dressing dried kraft

Equipment

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package.
  3. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 20 min. or until chops are done (160F). Meanwhile, combine tomatoes and dressing.
  5. Top chops with tomato mixture and cheese.
  6. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
