Ingredients

  • 10 oz brussels sprouts frozen
  • teaspoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.8 lb beef top sirloin steaks boneless trimmed of fat cut into 1/8-inch slices
  • medium and orange peppers red yellow cut into 1-inch pieces
  • small onion cut into 1/4-inch wedges
  • 0.3 cup sauce 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • cups brown rice hot cooked

Directions

  1. Cook Brussels sprouts for minimum time as directed on box.
  2. Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until beef is no longer pink; remove from pan.
  4. Add bell pepper and onion to skillet; cook and stir 2 minutes.
  5. Add stir-fry sauce and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat; cook and stir about 2 minutes longer or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in beef and Brussels sprouts & butter sauce; cook about 1 minute or until hot.
  6. Serve with rice.
