Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup cheese dressing blue
  • 0.5 cup sauce of the chicken from the turbo broiler 
  • 14.5 oz canned tomatoes undrained canned
  • cup celery stalks thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup rice long-grain white uncooked
  • lb chicken breast boneless skinless cut into thin strips
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • cup water

Directions

  1. Cook rice in water 20 minutes as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat oven to 350F. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and celery; cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center.
  3. Remove from heat. Open can of tomatoes; cut up tomatoes in can. Stir tomatoes and wing sauce into chicken mixture.
  4. Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon cooked rice into dish.
  5. Spread chicken mixture over rice (do not stir).
  6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot in center.
  7. Drizzle dressing over top.
