Ingredients

  • tablespoon brown sugar 
  • teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • teaspoon ginger fresh minced peeled
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • tablespoon mirin sweet ( rice wine)
  • pound beef top sirloin steaks trimmed

Directions

  1. Wrap beef in plastic wrap; freeze 1 hour or until firm.
  2. Remove plastic wrap; cut beef diagonally across grain into 1/16-inch-thick slices.
  3. Combine beef, sugar, and next 5 ingredients (sugar through garlic) in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning bag occasionally.
  4. Prepare grill.
  5. Place a wire grilling basket on grill rack.
  6. Remove beef from bag; discard marinade.
  7. Place beef on grilling basket coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes or until desired degree of doneness, turning frequently.
