  • cup bulgur uncooked
  • 1.3 cups cucumber peeled seeded chopped ( 1 medium)
  • 0.3 cup mint leaves fresh chopped
  • cup parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 cup spring onion chopped ( 3)
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • cups tomatoes chopped ( 2 large)
  • cup water boiling
