  • 15 ounce kidney beans rinsed drained canned
  • 14.5 ounce canned tomatoes diced canned
  • tablespoons chili powder 
  • cloves garlic minced
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  • ounce chile peppers diced green canned
  • pound ground beef 
  • servings ground pepper black to taste
  • teaspoon sea salt 
  • 29 ounce stewed tomatoes mexican-style canned
  • ounce kernel corn whole no salt added drained canned ()

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
  2. Transfer beef to slow cooker.
  3. Stir kidney beans, diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, green bell pepper, green chile peppers, chili powder, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper into the ground beef.
  4. Cook on Low 5 1/2 to 7 1/2 hours. Stir corn into the chili and continue cooking 30 minutes more.
