  • 0.3 cup brown sugar 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • cup chili sauce 
  • teaspoons mustard dry
  • clove garlic minced
  •  habanero pepper seeded chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • small onion minced
  • pinch pepper 
  • tablespoons pepper sauce hot
  • 0.5 cup pineapple crushed
  • cup pineapple juice 
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 cup bourbon whiskey 
  • tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, and saute until they are transparent. Stir in the garlic, wine vinegar, chili sauce, pineapple juice, pineapple, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Season with Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, pepper, hot pepper sauce, and habanero pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Stir in the bourbon, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
