  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • lb butternut squash 
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed ()
  • 0.5 tsp ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • cups marshmallows jet-puffed miniature
  • cup water

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut squash in half; remove seeds.
  3. Place squash halves, cut sides down, in 15x10x1-inch pan.
  4. Add water.
  5. Bake 40 min. or until squash is tender.
  6. Scoop squash flesh into medium bowl; mash well.
  7. Add cream cheese, sugar and pepper; mix well. Spoon into 3-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Heat broiler. Top squash mixture with marshmallows; broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until golden brown.
