  • 0.5 cup butter unsalted diced chilled (1 stick)
  • ounces butterscotch chips 
  • large eggs 
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed ()
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup whipping cream chilled ()
