  • head cabbage shredded cored
  • 14.5 ounce canned tomatoes diced canned
  • clove garlic crushed
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • medium onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup jalapeno pepper rings 
  • cups water 
  • cup rice long grain white

Directions
