Ingredients

  • 18 cups cabbage cored very thinly sliced quartered
  • large carrots shredded peeled
  • cups fennel bulb fresh trimmed halved very thinly sliced
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.8 cup mayonnaise 
  • small onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sauce hot
  • 0.5 cup cream sour
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar

Directions
