Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon anchovy paste 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • tablespoon flaxseeds 
  •  garlic clove crushed
  • tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • tablespoons citrus champagne vinegar 
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Place the flaxseed in a clean coffee grinder or blender, and process until finely ground.
  2. Place flaxseed meal in a medium bowl; add water, stirring with a whisk.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.

  5. Note: Store dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Store remaining flaxseed in the refrigerator; since it's high in fat, it can go rancid easily.
