Ingredients

  • teaspoons anchovy paste 
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup yogurt plain fat-free
  •  garlic cloves crushed
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons buttermilk low-fat
  • 24 ounce mahimahi white firm
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients, and stir well with a whisk.
  2. Pour yogurt mixture into a large zip-top plastic bag, and add fish to bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare grill or broiler.
  4. Remove fish from bag, reserving marinade.
  5. Place fish on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and cook 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
