  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  •  garlic clove pressed
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • bunch radishes trimmed sliced
  • 0.5 small onion red thinly sliced
  • ounces sugar snap peas trimmed

  1. Steam potatoes on steamer rack set in largepot over boiling water until almost tender,about 10 minutes.
  2. Add sugar snap peasand steam until peas are crisp-tender andpotatoes are just tender, 1 minute longer.
  3. Transfer vegetables to largebowl. Cool slightly.
  4. Add radishes and onion.
  5. Whisk next 4 ingredients in smallbowl to blend.
  6. Whisk in Parmesan. Seasondressing with salt and generous amount ofpepper.
