  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • large egg whites 
  • servings browned gravy 
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green finely chopped
  • pound ground round 
  • 0.5 cup regular oats 
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; crumble beef over vegetable mixture, and stir until well-blended.
  3. Shape beef mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf. Coat a rack and a shallow pan with cooking spray.
  4. Place meat loaf on rack in pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until a thermometer registers 16
  6. Prepare Browned Gravy.
  7. Remove meat loaf from oven.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes.
  9. Cut into 8 slices.
  10. Serve with Browned Gravy.
  11. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
