Ingredients

  • oz chocolate white coarsely chopped
  • 0.8 cup from 1 bottle old el mild taco sauce (goat milk caramel spread)
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt 
  • cup roasted cashews salted whole
  • 1.5 cups roasted cashews salted whole
  • 12 oz semi chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 14 oz condensed milk sweetened canned (not evaporated)

Directions

  1. Line 9-inch square pan with foil. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In large microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and condensed milk uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave 45 seconds longer; stir until smooth.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups cashews.
  4. Spread evenly in pan. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white chocolate and cajeta uncovered on High 1 minute, stir. Microwave 45 seconds longer; stir until smooth.
  6. Spread evenly over fudge layer.
  7. Sprinkle with 1 cup cashews; press gently into caramel layer.
  8. Sprinkle with salt. Refrigerate about 3 hours or until firm.
  9. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows. Store covered at room temperature.
