  • tablespoons cajun spice 
  • 10  chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/ness boneless skinless
  • 10 servings garlic powder to taste
  • tablespoons lemon pepper 
  • tablespoons penzey's southwest seasoning dried italian-style
  • cups vegetable oil

  2. Place the chicken in the dish, and turn to coat with the mixture. Cover, and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
