  • tablespoon onion powder

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in small bowl. Rub spice mixture over both sides of steak.
  2. Heat a large nonstick grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak, and cook 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
