  • 0.5 medium onion sliced
  • lb pork loin chops bone-in trimmed of fat
  • teaspoons suya seasoning mix salt-free
  • teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with seasoning blend. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion; cook about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly tender. Push onion to one side of skillet.
  3. Add pork to other side of skillet. Cook about 3 minutes, turning once, until browned.
  4. Add tomatoes.
  5. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; cook 4 to 8 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center.
