Ingredients

  • teaspoons cajun spice 
  • 0.3 cup chili sauce 
  • 0.7 cup yogurt plain fat free yoplait® (from 2-lb container)
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • teaspoon soya sauce 
  • lb sweet potatoes and into peeled

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Cut each potato crosswise into about 4-inch chunks, then cut lengthwise into 1/2x1/2-inch strips.
  3. In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix Cajun seasoning and cumin.
  4. Add potatoes; toss until evenly coated. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, arrange potatoes in single layer.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, turning once, until potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients.
  6. Serve sauce with fries.
