Ingredients

  • 16 ounces broccoli slaw 
  • small jicama peeled cut into julienne strips (2 cups)
  •  cranberry-orange relish 
  • small onion red thinly sliced cut in half and (1 cup)
  • 0.7 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • teaspoons sugar 
  • 1.5 teaspoons orange zest grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In large bowl, mix broccoli slaw and jicama. Peel oranges with sharp paring knife; cut into 1/4-inch slices.
  2. Cut each slice into fourths.
  3. Add oranges, onion and cilantro to broccoli mixture.
  4. In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
  6. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
