  • medium avocado sliced
  • ounces tomato sauce canned
  • cups roasted chicken cooked
  • 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
  • ounces monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup olives ripe sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup water cold

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 42
  2. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Stir together tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, garlic powder and pepper; set aside.
  3. Stir Bisquick and cold water until soft dough forms. Press dough in pizza pan, using fingers dipped in Bisquick; pinch edge to form 1/2-inch rim.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese over dough.
  5. Spread tomato sauce over top. Top with chicken and olives.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with avocado slices.
