Ingredients

  • 11 oz corn whole with red and green peppers, drained canned
  • cup celery stalks sliced
  • 12  cherry tomatoes cut into fourths
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • 1.5 lb pd of ground turkey 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • cup breadcrumbs soft ()
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 cup chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, mix all relish ingredients; set aside.
  2. In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray.
  4. Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops 4 inches from heat about 12 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center.
  5. Serve patties with relish.
