  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1.5 pounds shrimp deveined uncooked peeled
  • 1.5 cups tomato sauce

Directions

  1. In a medium sauce pan heat the olive oil, add the shrimp, onion powder, garlic powder, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the bread crumbs, salt and pepper and stir well.
  3. Add the tomato sauce and lemon juice. Cook for about 3 more minutes.Stir and serve over lettuce.
