Bring sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil in asmall saucepan over high heat, stirring untilsugar dissolves.
Transfer syrup to a mediumpitcher; chill until cold, about 1 hour.
Stir all remaining ingredients into syrup.Divide among molds. Cover; insert ice-popsticks. Freeze until firm. Dip bottoms of moldsinto hot water for 20-30 seconds to loosenpops.
