Ingredients

  • cups broccoli fresh
  • 10.8 ounce cream of chicken soup fat free 98% healthy request® canned (Regular, or )
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 1.5 cups quick-cooking brown rice instant uncooked
  • 0.3 teaspoon paprika 
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until well browned on both sides.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet.
  4. Stir soup, water, paprika and black pepper in skillet.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Stir rice and broccoli in skillet. Reduce heat to low. Return chicken to skillet.
  7. Sprinkle additional paprika and black pepper over chicken. Cover and cook 5 minutes. or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
