  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoon vanilla bean paste 
  • 120 oz cans cut yams with sugary sam sweet potatoes in syrup) drained well canned

Directions

  1. Arrange yams in a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle brown sugar over yams.
  3. Combine butter and next 2 ingredients.
  4. Drizzle over yams.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle marshmallows over yams, if desired, and bake 5 more minutes.
  7. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
