  • 0.3 cup grenadine syrup 
  • 10 servings ice cubes crushed
  • 0.5 cup orange juice fresh
  • 10 servings garnish: pineapple wedges freshly ground
  • 0.3 cup proof rum 
  • 0.5 cup gold rum 
  • 0.3 cup sugar

    Directions

    1. Combine dark rum through sorbitol; serve over crushed ice.
    2. Garnish each serving with a pineapple wedge and a dash of nutmeg.
    3. *In testing, we used 3/4 cup Myers's Rum, 1/2 cup Cruzan Gold Rum, and 1/4 cup Bacardi 151-proof Rum. Sorbital, a sweetner found naturally in fruits and seaweeds, may be purchased in health food stores.
