  • 1.5 tablespoons fish sauce 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • cup spring onion diagonally sliced
  • ounce lo mein noodles 
  • cup mushroom caps sliced
  • 16 ounce chicken breast halves cut into 1-inch strips
  • teaspoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup water 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper white
